What is a Discord auto responder?

An auto responder is a rule that makes a bot reply on its own when a message contains a trigger word or phrase. In Nano, each responder has a trigger, a match mode (contains, exact match or starts with) and a reply, which Nano posts in the same channel.

Is the auto responder free?

Yes. Free servers get 15 auto responders, and Premium raises that to 200. Pattern matching is a Premium mode.

What can a reply say?

Any text up to Discord's message length. Nano posts it in the same channel as the message that matched.

Is it case sensitive?

No. Every mode ignores upper and lower case.

What if two triggers match one message?

Nano sends one reply per message, from the first responder that matches.

Use /autoresponder add in Discord, or the Auto Responder page in the dashboard, where each responder can also be switched off without deleting it.
