What is a Discord utility bot?

A utility bot adds everyday tools to Discord's chat. Nano's utility commands set reminders, run polls, show the weather and forecasts, translate text, define words, make and read QR codes, and set an AFK status.

Are the utility commands free?

Yes. Every utility command is on the free tier.

How far ahead can I set a reminder?

Up to 365 days. Nano posts it in the channel where you set it, or sends it by direct message when it cannot post there. /util remind list shows your reminders and /util remind cancel removes one.

/util poll create takes a question and up to 10 options, and members vote with reactions. /util poll results shows the count, and the creator or a moderator with Manage Messages can end the poll.

/util afk set marks you as away with a reason. A member who mentions you is told you are away, and the status clears when you next send a message.
