What is a Discord custom command?

A custom command is a name your server chooses with a saved reply, used for rules, links and common answers. When a member types the name, Nano posts the reply in the same channel.

Are custom commands free?

Yes. Free servers get 50 custom commands, and Premium raises that to 1000.

How do members use a custom command?

They type its name after the prefix, such as !rules, and Nano posts the saved reply in the same channel.

Can a custom command ping everyone?

No. A reply can mention members, and never pings @everyone, @here or a role.

Can I thank members for boosting?

Yes. Set a channel with /customise boost channel, and Nano posts a thank-you whenever a member boosts. Keep the default message or write your own with {user}, {username}, {server}, {count}, {memberCount}.

Can new members get roles automatically?

Yes. Add up to 10 auto roles on the free plan, or 25 with Premium, and Nano gives them to every member who joins. Welcome messages are covered on the welcome page.
