Frequently asked questions

What is a Discord server stats bot?
A server stats bot shows figures about your server. Nano does it in two ways: counter channels whose names show a live figure, such as the member count, and commands that report joins, leaves and activity over time.
Is the server stats module free?
Yes. Free servers run up to 5 counter channels, and Premium raises that to 25. Every statistics command is free.
What can a counter show?
Total members, online members, bots, channels, roles or boosts, or a fixed name of your own. Each counter has a name template, such as Members: {value}.
How often do counters update?
Every 10 minutes. Discord limits how often a channel can be renamed, so a counter cannot change faster than that.
Which statistics can I see?
Joins and leaves today, this week and this month, the busiest days of the last 30, a comparison of two periods, and breakdowns of members, channels, roles, messages and commands.
How do I set it up?
Invite Nano and open the dashboard. The server stats module adds and removes counter channels.
