Terms of Service

Nano is operated by Pwn & Pixel. By adding Nano to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and Discord's Terms of Service.

• Do not use Nano to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automation or scripts to interact with bot commands at scale.
• Do not attempt to circumvent premium restrictions.
• Do not use Nano in any server that violates Discord's Community Guidelines.

Nano is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Nano Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Premium features remain active until that date, after which they are disabled automatically.

If you are not satisfied with Nano Premium within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, open a ticket in our support server and we will issue a full refund. This refund window applies only to the first payment; renewal payments are final.

EU customers may have additional statutory withdrawal rights under local law. By activating premium features immediately on purchase, you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content already delivered.

We prefer handling refund requests directly — it is faster than a card-issuer dispute and avoids the access suspension that may otherwise follow while a chargeback is investigated.

We reserve the right to remove Nano from any server or ban any user from using the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these terms or Discord's policies.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in our support server. Continued use of Nano after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
