YouTube
New uploads from any channel trigger a post within minutes. Custom embeds per channel.
Twitch
Stream-live alerts with the current title, game, and viewer count. Auto-edits when the stream ends.
Watch any subreddit — new posts or new top-of-day, your choice. Good for community highlight channels.
RSS
Any feed. Blog, news site, release feed, custom JSON — plug it in and Nano routes updates to Discord.
Why use Nano over IFTTT or a webhook
- Per-source custom embeds. Each creator / feed can have its own embed template, channel, and role mention.
- Role pings on new content. Ping @stream-notifs when your lead streamer goes live — without pinging everyone.
- Duplicate-proof. Nano dedupes on provider IDs. You won't see the same video twice, even after a restart.
- Dashboard-managed. Add, remove, or mute any source from the web dashboard. No commands to memorise.
Frequently asked
Is this free?+
Yes — with generous per-server limits on how many sources you can track. Premium raises the cap.
Does it notify on clips?+
Clips are outside Twitch's official creator-content API; Nano focuses on live-start and VOD uploads.
What about X / Twitter?+
X doesn't have a reliable public API for this anymore. Follow the creator via RSS.app or a similar bridge and add the RSS URL to Nano.
How fast are notifications?+
Under 5 minutes on YouTube and Twitch. RSS and Reddit are polled on a similar interval.
Can I customise the embed?+
Yes — per-source title, description, image, color, and role mention are all configurable.
