Set up your server, guided or in one go.
Nano is a free Discord server setup bot. /setup guided takes you through 20 features, one screen each, and builds the channels, roles and panels they need. /setup auto sets up the essentials in one command.
What the setup builds
- 01One screen per feature
20 features on a free server, 28 with Premium. Features you already run are passed over.
- 02Channels and roles made for you
Leave a field empty and Nano creates the channel, and for verification the Verified role.
- 03Panels ready to press
Ticket, reaction role and verification panels, posted where you choose.
- 04Uses your channels
A channel with a matching name, such as mod-log, is used before a new one is made.
- 05Everything at once with /setup auto
A private log channel, a welcome channel and a starboard, and every feature that needs no choice.
- 06Logging from the start
6 log events, including bans, joins and deleted messages.
- 07Checks permissions first
Before a form opens, Nano checks it can build the feature, and names any permission it is missing.
- 08One-click tickets on the dashboard

Frequently asked questions
- How do I set up a Discord server with a bot?
- Add Nano to your server, then run /setup auto. In one command it creates a private log channel, a welcome channel and a starboard, and switches on the features that need no choices. For more control, run /setup guided: Nano shows one feature per screen and builds it when you press its button. Both need the Manage Server permission.
- How do I set up Nano in my server?
- Type /setup in any channel and choose guided or auto. Only you see the setup screens. Every guided screen also names the command and the dashboard page that set up the same feature by hand.
- Can Nano build my Discord server for me?
- Nano builds what its features need: a tickets channel, a Tickets category and an Open Ticket panel, a private log channel, a welcome channel, a roles channel with a button per role, channels for suggestions, birthdays and the starboard, and a verification channel with a Verified role and a Verify panel. It does not create the rest of your server, such as your topic channels, categories or member roles. Set up your own layout first, then let Nano add its parts.
- What is the difference between /setup guided and /setup auto?
- /setup guided goes through 20 features one screen at a time. You pick the channel for each, or leave it empty and Nano creates one. /setup auto asks nothing: it builds the log, welcome and starboard channels, switches on the features that work without a choice, and sets Nano's language. Tickets, verification, auto moderation and reaction roles need a choice, so they stay in the guided setup.
- Is the setup free?
- Yes. Both setup commands are free on every server. On a Premium server, the guided setup adds 8 screens for the Premium features.
- Can I undo what the setup made?
- Yes. The summary at the end lists what was built, each with the command or page that changes it or switches it off. A ticket panel Nano built can be undone from the Tickets page of the dashboard, which removes only what Nano created and keeps the category if a ticket was opened in it.
- Does the setup change channels I already have?
- /setup auto never rewrites what your server already has: an existing log channel, greeting or starboard is kept, and the report says so. In a guided screen, Nano tells you a feature is already set up before you press its button.
- What happens at my plan's limit?
- Nano does not add a ticket panel or a starboard past your plan's limit: 5 ticket panels and 1 starboard on the free plan, 20 and 5 with Premium. The setup says so, and how to make room.
- Does the setup work in Arabic?
- Yes. Nano runs in English or Arabic, and every setup screen and report is shown in your server's language. /setup auto sets Nano to your server's Discord language when Nano supports it, unless you already chose a language other than English.
